Magic Mirrors are currently our event-hire offering. The separate Instapic photo booth is intended for a permanent venue installation and is not advertised for mobile hire.

Service area & travel
Within 30 km of Humpty Doo: travel is included and unattended hire is available.
31–80 km from Humpty Doo: travel outside the included 30 km zone is $1 per kilometre, calculated on the return journey. These regional bookings must include an attendant so the mirror can be packed down at the end of the event.
This regional area includes locations such as Adelaide River, Dundee and Corroboree, subject to venue access and availability.
Beyond 80 km: locations such as Katherine or Jabiru may be considered by individual quote and availability. Attendance is required, and safe travel or accommodation requirements will form part of the quote.

Deposit & security bond
A $150 booking deposit secures your date and is deducted from the final hire price.
Unattended hire also requires a separate $500 refundable security bond. The bond is normally returned within two business days after collection and inspection, provided no chargeable issue is identified.
Collection access
The hirer must ensure safe access at the agreed collection time. A 30-minute grace period applies, followed by $75 per commenced hour where collection is delayed.
Ordinary late-collection, reattendance and additional-hire charges are capped at $500. Loss, theft, damage, deliberate misuse or documented interference with another confirmed booking are handled separately.
Remote support included
Instapic equipment may use automated and AI-assisted monitoring to report operational health, connectivity, printer status and faults so we can provide remote support.
This is equipment monitoring, not continuous recording of guests. Cameras and microphones operate only when a guest intentionally chooses a disclosed photo, video or audio feature.
