Travel is included within 30 km. Beyond that radius, only the excess distance is charged at $1/km for the return journey. Unattended hire may be available up to 80 km; longer trips are confirmed personally. Standard event packages are up to 6 hours.

Need something beyond a standard six-hour event? Day hire, weekly hire and permanent venue placements are available by negotiation.
Revenue-share partnerships may be available for suitable venues. A typical arrangement gives the venue 30% of net completed photo-session revenue, while Instapic retains 70% and provides the system, consumables, monitoring, maintenance and support.
The venue provides a secure suitable location, reliable power and reasonable equipment access. Payment-processing fees, refunds and chargebacks are deducted before the revenue share is calculated. Final terms depend on the venue, expected use and installation requirements.
