How Instapic by Little Trends handles guest information.
Online payments
Card, Apple Pay and Google Pay payments are processed by Square. Instapic does not receive or store your full card number. After an approved payment, our system receives the confirmation needed to issue your 6-digit booth code.
VIP and Guest Area
Providing an email address is optional and separate from purchasing a booth code. If you choose to join or use the Guest Area, we may store your email address, sign-in verification information, saved Instapic codes and account preferences.
We use this information to provide Guest Area access, help you keep your codes together, send requested sign-in messages and communicate about Instapic or Little Trends. We do not sell guest email addresses.
Photos, codes and event content
Session codes, photos and generated bonus content are processed so we can provide the purchased booth service and make session content available to the guest. Keep your code private because it acts as the key to the associated session.
Your choices
You may use a paid booth code without joining the VIP or Guest Area. You may ask Little Trends to correct your Guest Area information, stop optional communications or remove an account where we are not required to retain related records.
To make a privacy request, contact Little Trends through the booth operator or the contact channel used for your booking. We may need to confirm your identity before changing account information.
